How to register?

A: You can register yourself to become our member, which is free of charge. Whatever you have filled will be protected properly. We provide relevant service upon you information. After your successful register, you may log in and order our products online immediately.

Do you offer customized making customers design?

A: You are welcome to send our customer service an email to give the detail of your special requirements.

How to place and order?

A: You can e-mail or fax us your order form with products details. When we received your order and check the details if ok then make the performa invoice send to you for confirm. And then feedback to us by your signature with stamp. After received the document and deposit we will arrange start produce your order.


How about the minimum order quantity?

A: Yes. Since we are manufactures,and we need quantities to control our production cost and speed.So we have mini order request. Usually our mini order for stainless steel and titanium braelet is 200pcs,pendent 100pcs,ring 50pcs each size for each item,necklace 200pcs,cufflinks 200 pairs.and the watches 200pcs.

How soon dose your company make the delivery after confirming the remit?

A: Usually, deliver time approx 30 to 40days. We inform you of the specific time promptly. If you have other questions about this issue, please contact our customer service by email.

Do your company send free samples?

A: Yes,we can send some sample for check the quality. If you are new customer, please provide us about your company organization and full  contact details. And the sample postage,If you can provide us your carrier account number, such DHL,UPS,FEDEX,we would be glade to provide some free sample for you also.
But our it’s our company’s policy to ask for the sample charge if it is over 25.00 U.S.dollars, but we will refund it to you when when you place us the order

How we packing the goods?

A:Usually our packing condition is inner box and carton.Repacked.And inner box will pack 50 to 100ps of our products.There have 4 to 6 inner boxes packed in one carton.All packing are not more than 20kg and safe.If you need us to provide special gift or jewelry boxes,you can ask us to purchase or you provide your own packing boxes to us in advance.

How you delivery and shipping the goods?

A:Usually, we shipping the goods follow our client request. And our delivery condition is F.O.B ShenZhen,China. Some of the client have forwarder in china, we can send the order goods to your forwarder in China. and you also can choose the carrier or air shipping and we will try to get best discount for you,and you should be prepaid the fright and insurance charge. the best  If you can provide us your carrier account number

Dose the price different for different quantities?

A:Yes.Because different quantities make the production const different. So the price will different.Also different quantity make the const different too.

What kind of stainless steel, titanium and silver you use?

A:We only use 316L stainless steel in our products.Since only the 316L stainless steel is nickel free and best quality. use titanium for TA2 titanium,and silver for 925 silver.

What kind of plating you use for the stainless steel and titanium?

A:The plating color and the quality warranty  will follow customer request, such as rhodium ,silver and IP plating etc.

What kind of CZ you use?

A:We use AAA grade CZ on our products, and also you can choose the other brand or quality of CZ and other crystal.

Does the length bracelet and necklace can be adjustable?

A:Yes, our jewelry are made according to international standard size. but they can be lengthened a little bit upon your requirements. If they are made much longer than the standard ones, material fees will be charged.

What is the size of ring are available?

A:The ring size we can make from US size #5 to # 15. The woman's size usually from #5 to #9,and man's size usually from #8 to #15.And the price will have little higher for size above #9
